Ian Grapham - Chief Executive Officer

Ian Graham is CEO of PMI Mortgage Insurance Ltd (PMI Australia) a wholly owned subsidery of The PMI Group, Inc, and Group Senior Vice President of The PMI Group, Inc

Graham has more than 35 years experience in the financial services and lenders' mortgage insurance market in Australia and New Zealand. Graham was appointed Managing Director of MGICA Ltd in 1991 and appointed Managing Director of MGICA Ltd in 1991 and appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Prior to these appointments, Graham served as a Company Secretary, Manager of Finance and Administration and Regional Branch Manager.

Graham is a Certified Practicing Accountant, a Chartered Secretary, and a member of the Australian Computer Society and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Graham is also a member of the ICA Lenders' Mortgage Insurers Standing Committee, an industry body whose membership includes representatives of Genworth, PMI, and Westpac lenders' mortgage insurance companies, which together write in excess of 90 percent of all lenders' mortgage insurance credit enhancement business in Australia.

Robert Mellor - Director, Building & Construction

Robert joined BIS Shrapnel in 1984 and was appointed a Director of the company in 1987. He has twenty-five years' experience in forecasting building activity.

Robert is also regarded as Australia's leading forecaster on the Australian building and residential market. His views and comments are regularly sought by the national media. Many of Australia's leading builders and building material manufacturers consult with Robert in preparing their annual budget plans.*

Angie Zigomanis - B.Bus (Property), Senior Consultant, BIS Shrapnel Pty Ltd

Angie holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He previously worked as a research officer in the property consultancy of CB Richard Ellis (Victoria), before beginning his tenure at BIS Shrapnel on assignment to VicUrban, providing an in-house consultancy role.

Angie is responsible for the majority of BIS Shrapnel's residential market studies including the Inner City Apartment market reports, various other multi client studies, demand/supply analyses of Australia's capital cities, as well as private client work.**
